The minimum memory requirement for Screw Dive is 16 GB of RAM installed in your computer. In terms of game file size, you will need at least 2 GB of free disk space available. The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an Intel Iris Xe. Furthermore, an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 is recommended in order to run Screw Dive with the highest settings. An Intel Core i5-8400 CPU is required at a minimum to run Screw Dive. However, the developers recommend a CPU greater or equal to an Intel Core i7-9700 to play the game.

Screw Dive will run on PC system with 64-bit Windows 10 and upwards.
