Can my PC run Elden Ring? Despite launching on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles, the Elden Ring PC requirements are surprisingly high. 

To meet the Elden Ring minimum requirements, you'll need a CPU that's at least as powerful as an AMD Ryzen 3 3300X or Intel Core i5-8400, paired with a surprisingly large 12GB of RAM. In terms of graphics cards, an AMD Radeon RX 580 or Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060 will be enough to get you going. 

If you want to boost fps, you'll need to aim higher, as the Elden Ring recommended system requirements instead require an Intel Core i7-8700K or AMD Ryzen 5 3600X processor and 16GB of RAM. Meanwhile, an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1070 or AMD Radeon RX Vega 56 will satiate the game's GPU demands.

You'll undoubtedly need to exceed this if you want to use 4K resolution, HDR, or ray tracing – the latter of which will arrive in a post-launch patch.

The Elden Ring download size for PC comes in at 60GB of HDD or SSD space. Although you do not necessarily need to install the game onto the best SSD for gaming, it is something we highly recommend doing to ensure you get the best performance.
