DOOM 3 System Requirements

Doom 3 was super needy at release back in 2007, but now could run on a fridge! Provided that you have at least an NVIDIA GeForce 6200 graphics card you can play the game. DOOM 3 system requirements state that you will need at least 384 MB of RAM. In terms of game file size, you will need at least 2 GB of free disk space available. An Intel 1500 CPU is required at a minimum to run DOOM 3.
