Room 54 system requirements state that you will need at least 4 GB of RAM. Additionally, the game developers recommend somewhere around 8 GB of RAM in your system. Provided that you have at least a modern graphics card you can play the game. You will need at least 8 GB of free disk space to install Room 54. An Intel Core 2 Duo Q6867 CPU is required at a minimum to run Room 54. Whereas, an Intel Core i5-2300 is recommended in order to run it.
