An Intel Celeron N3060 CPU is required at a minimum to run Ribbon Racer. However, the developers recommend a CPU greater or equal to an Intel Core i5-4200M to play the game. The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an Intel Media Accelerator 500. Furthermore, an NVIDIA GeForce GT 740M is recommended in order to run Ribbon Racer with the highest settings. In terms of game file size, you will need at least 550 MB of free disk space available. Ribbon Racer system requirements state that you will need at least 3 GB of RAM. If possible, make sure your have 8 GB of RAM in order to run Ribbon Racer to its full potential.
