You will need at least 1 GB of free disk space to install Mutant Legion. Provided that you have at least an NVIDIA GeForce 7100 / nForce 630i graphics card you can play the game. An Intel Core i5-12400T CPU is required at a minimum to run Mutant Legion. Whereas, an Intel Core i5-1300F is recommended in order to run it.
