Provided that you have at least an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 graphics card you can play the game. Furthermore, an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 is recommended in order to run MEATSHOT with the highest settings. To play MEATSHOT you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel Core i5-1300F.
