In terms of game file size, you will need at least 500 MB of free disk space available. To play JellyStar you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel Core i3-2340UE. Whereas, an Intel Core i5-12400T is recommended in order to run it. The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an Intel Media Accelerator 600. Furthermore, an NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT is recommended in order to run JellyStar with the highest settings.
