To play Hers'Alms you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel Core 2 Duo Q6867. However, the developers recommend a CPU greater or equal to an Intel Core i5-1300F to play the game. Provided that you have at least an AMD Radeon HD 6250 graphics card you can play the game. But, according to the developers the recommended graphics card is an AMD.
