An Intel Core i3-330E CPU is required at a minimum to run Celestial Command. However, the developers recommend a CPU greater or equal to an Intel Core i5-12400T to play the game. Celestial Command system requirements state that you will need at least 4 GB of RAM. Additionally, the game developers recommend somewhere around 8 GB of RAM in your system. Provided that you have at least an Intel HD 3000 graphics card you can play the game. In terms of game file size, you will need at least 1 GB of free disk space available.

Celestial Command will run on PC system with Windows 7 32 bit and upwards. Additionally it has Mac and Linux versions.
