To play Vextorial you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel Core 2 Duo Q6867. Whereas, an Intel Core i7-7700 is recommended in order to run it. Vextorial system requirements state that you will need at least 2 GB of RAM. If possible, make sure your have 4 GB of RAM in order to run Vextorial to its full potential. Provided that you have at least an ATI Radeon 3000 graphics card you can play the game. But, according to the developers the recommended graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce GT 240.
