An Intel Core 2 Quad Q9705 CPU is required at a minimum to run V.L.A.D.i.K. However, the developers recommend a CPU greater or equal to an Intel Core i7-610 to play the game. Provided that you have at least an AMD Radeon RX 550 graphics card you can play the game. Furthermore, an AMD Radeon RX 590 is recommended in order to run V.L.A.D.i.K with the highest settings. In terms of game file size, you will need at least 23 GB of free disk space available. V.L.A.D.i.K system requirements state that you will need at least 8 GB of RAM. Additionally, the game developers recommend somewhere around 16 GB of RAM in your system.
