Provided that you have at least an ATI FireMV 2260 graphics card you can play the game. But, according to the developers the recommended graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce 510. An Intel Core Duo U2500 CPU is required at a minimum to run Urban Flow. Whereas, an Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 is recommended in order to run it. In terms of game file size, you will need at least 1 GB of free disk space available. Make sure your have 2 GB of free disk space in order to install Urban Flow. Urban Flow system requirements state that you will need at least 4 GB of RAM.
