The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an NVIDIA GeForce Go 7300. Transport Defender system requirements state that you will need at least 512 MB of RAM. You will need at least 256 MB of free disk space to install Transport Defender. An Intel Core i3-2340UE CPU is required at a minimum to run Transport Defender. Whereas, an Intel Core i5-4400E is recommended in order to run it.
