The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 470. Furthermore, an AMD Radeon RX 550 is recommended in order to run Top Town with the highest settings. The minimum memory requirement for Top Town is 4GB installed in your computer. If possible, make sure you have 4GB in order to run Top Town to its full potential. An Intel Core i3-8100 CPU is required at a minimum to run Top Town. Whereas, an Intel Core i5-8400 is recommended in order to run it.
