Toon Toon Racing system requirements state that you will need at least 8 GB of RAM. You will need at least 5 GB of free disk space to install Toon Toon Racing. Provided that you have at least an Intel UHD 630 graphics card you can play the game. But, according to the developers the recommended graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650.
