The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 460. But, according to the developers the recommended graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti. In terms of game file size, you will need at least 1 GB of free disk space available. The Inspector system requirements state that you will need at least 8 GB of RAM. If possible, make sure your have 16 GB of RAM in order to run The Inspector to its full potential.
