The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660 Ti. Furthermore, an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti is recommended in order to run Teratopia with the highest settings. You will need at least 3 GB of free disk space to install Teratopia. Teratopia system requirements state that you will need at least 4 GB of RAM. If possible, make sure your have 6 GB of RAM in order to run Teratopia to its full potential. To play Teratopia you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel Core i3-6100. Whereas, an Intel Core i5-7400 is recommended in order to run it.
