An Intel Core i5-10600K CPU is required at a minimum to run Spire Horizon Online. However, the developers recommend a CPU greater or equal to an Intel Core i7-9700K to play the game. Spire Horizon Online system requirements state that you will need at least 16 GB of RAM. If possible, make sure your have 32 GB of RAM in order to run Spire Horizon Online to its full potential. In terms of game file size, you will need at least 30 GB of free disk space available. Provided that you have at least a modern graphics card you can play the game.
