Sanity City system requirements state that you will need at least 8 GB of RAM. If possible, make sure your have 16 GB of RAM in order to run Sanity City to its full potential. The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080. But, according to the developers the recommended graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070.
