The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an NVIDIA GeForce 7200 GS. Relive system requirements state that you will need at least 3 GB of RAM. In terms of game file size, you will need at least 2 GB of free disk space available. An Intel Core i3-2340UE CPU is required at a minimum to run Relive.

Relive will run on PC system with Vista or better and upwards. Additionally it has a Mac version.
