Provided that you have at least an ATI FireMV 2260 graphics card you can play the game. To play PolyPine you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel Core i3-2340UE.

PolyPine will run on PC system with Windows 10 and upwards. Additionally it has a Linux version.
