PIP system requirements state that you will need at least 2 GB of RAM. If possible, make sure your have 3 GB of RAM in order to run PIP to its full potential. You will need at least 100 MB of free disk space to install PIP. The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an AMD. To play PIP you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel Core i5-1300F.
