In terms of game file size, you will need at least 500 MB of free disk space available. The minimum memory requirement for Perch is 8 GB of RAM installed in your computer. The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970. But, according to the developers the recommended graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060.
