An Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 CPU is required at a minimum to run Pathosis. Whereas, an Intel Core i5-4690K is recommended in order to run it. The minimum memory requirement for Pathosis is 4 GB of RAM installed in your computer. Additionally, the game developers recommend somewhere around 8 GB of RAM in your system. The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an NVIDIA GeForce 510. Furthermore, an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 is recommended in order to run Pathosis with the highest settings. In terms of game file size, you will need at least 3 GB of free disk space available. By contrast, the game developers recommend somewhere around 4 GB of free disk space on your system drive.
