Fortunately, Pathologic 3 appears to be no different, and even runs on Windows 7 systems (must be 64-bit) and up, even if the Steam Client only supports Windows 10 onwards.

But, to run the game at its best and meet the Pathologic 3 recommended specs, you'll only need an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 GPU, an Intel Core i7-610 or AMD Ryzen 7 equivalent, and 16GB of RAM. This level of hardware isn't particularly high, but the 16GB of RAM could prove a challenge to older machines stuck on 8GB.
