An Intel Core i5-650 CPU is required at a minimum to run Omega Extinction. However, the developers recommend a CPU greater or equal to an Intel Core i5-6500 to play the game. The cheapest graphics card you can play it on is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 660. But, according to the developers the recommended graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770. In terms of game file size, you will need at least 2 GB of free disk space available. The minimum memory requirement for Omega Extinction is 4 GB of RAM installed in your computer.
