To play KUR you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel Core 2 Duo Q6867. However, the developers recommend a CPU greater or equal to an Intel Core i5 750S to play the game. The minimum memory requirement for KUR is 2 GB of RAM installed in your computer. Additionally, the game developers recommend somewhere around 8 GB of RAM in your system. Provided that you have at least an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760 graphics card you can play the game. But, according to the developers the recommended graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050.
