Eternity's Echo: Patient Zero system requirements state that you will need at least 16 GB of RAM. An Intel Core i5-12400T CPU is required at a minimum to run Eternity's Echo: Patient Zero. However, the developers recommend a CPU greater or equal to an Intel Core i7-610 to play the game. Provided that you have at least an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti graphics card you can play the game. But, according to the developers the recommended graphics card is an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060. In terms of game file size, you will need at least 15 GB of free disk space available.
