In terms of game file size, you will need at least 3 GB of free disk space available. Dr. Plague system requirements state that you will need at least 8 GB of RAM. To play Dr. Plague you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel Core i5-12400T.

Dr. Plague will run on PC system with Windows 10 or newer (64 bit) and upwards.
