An Intel Pentium 4 2.00GHz CPU is required at a minimum to run Christmas Rampage. However, the developers recommend a CPU greater or equal to an Intel Pentium 4 4.00GHz to play the game. Provided that you have at least an AMD Radeon R5 M230 graphics card you can play the game. But, according to the developers the recommended graphics card is an AMD Radeon R7 A10-7850K. You will need at least 1 GB of free disk space to install Christmas Rampage.
