Provided that you have at least a modern graphics card graphics card you can play the game. To play Chess you will need a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel Pentium 4 2.00GHz. The minimum memory requirement for Chess is 1 GB of RAM installed in your computer. If possible, make sure your have 2 GB of RAM in order to run Chess to its full potential. In terms of game file size, you will need at least 300 MB of free disk space available. By contrast, the game developers recommend somewhere around 500 MB of free disk space on your system drive.
