Can I Run Call of Duty: Black Ops - Cold War?

The Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War system requirementsasks for a minimum CPU equivalent to an Intel Core i5-2500K. However, the recommended CPU is an Intel Core i7-4770K or better. Make sure you have 175 GB in order to install Black Ops Cold War. However, if you only want to download and play multiplayer, you'll only need 45 GB free storage space. Provided that you have at least an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 graphics card you can play the game. Furthermore, an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 is recommended in order to run the game at its best. Black Ops Cold War system requirementsstate that you will need at least 8 GB of RAM - but ideally have 16 GB of RAM.

The minimum requirements given by Treyarch are enough for the game to be playable, however, it won't look particularly pretty nor will you be hitting a consistent 60FPS with this setup. The recommended requirements should be enough to run the game at a smooth 60FPS with medium graphics options. Treyarch has also given recommended requirements for maximum graphics with ray tracing and also competitive play at 144Hz, shown below.

Black Ops Cold War Maximum Graphics - Requirements

A Black Ops Cold War Steam release is unlikely, as the game can only be purchased through Blizzard's own Battle.net client. One thing to note though - Black Ops Cold War crossplay is supported, so players on all console generations and PC can play together.
